HACCP Verification

A skilled HACCP auditor will conduct an independent comprehensive review the company's HACCP program and supporting Pre-Requisite Program for compliance to Codex guidelines, ISO22000:2005 (sections 7.3-7.10), regulatory requirements and company standards. The HACCP verification audit is conducted in 2 phases.
Phase 1:
• Detailed document review of HACCP Program.
• This is an offsite activity.
• Required for FSSC22000 and FSMA Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP).
Phase 2:
• Onsite inspection of practices, documents and records.
