We offer a variety of HACCP courses at different levels from 1 day fundamental training which is ideal for HACCP team training or as part of a refresher program to a more advanced 2 day HACCP workshop which focuses on how to develop, implement and verify a HACCP program including break-out sessions for delegates to practice elements of HACCP in smaller groups and is ideal for HACCP team members, personnel and operators responsible for performing food safety activities as well as a foundational education for FSMA's preventive controls program.
