This 1 day course provides delegates with an understanding of food defense and guidance on the implementation of this program. Topics including vulnerability assessments, mitigation strategies and food defense plans are addressed skills to prepare delegates to:
• Anticipate Food Defense Vulnerabilities
• Protect Brands from Intentional Adulteration
• Prepare for FSMA regulations
The course will include break-out sessions for delegates to practice elements of food defense in smaller groups.
