What you can Expect:

• • Onsite vulnerability assessment of the food production facility to be conducted in order to determine the most vulnerable points in the infrastructure, process and people.
• • Detailed report providing guidance on countermeasures to address the vulnerabilities. These can be both Broad Mitigation Strategies e.g. general measures to minimize the risk of intentional contamination, or Focused Mitigation Strategies i.e. SOPs, practices that are process step specific and when employed may minimize vulnerabilities.
• • Provision of a complete Food Defense Plan including emergency contacts, food defense plan review and testing schedule.
