Included in audit:
• Onsite vulnerability assessment of the food production facility is conducted to determine the most vulnerable points of the infrastructure, process and people.
• Audit of existing Food Defense Program to assess the readiness of the customer for compliance with FDA FSMA, FSSC22000 or other regulatory requirements.
