An allergen subject matter expert will audit company's existing allergen management program for compliance to regulatory requirements and ISO/TS22002-1 standard. This audit is conducted in 2 phases:
Phase 1 - Detailed document review of Allergen Management Program including allergen clean validation documentation. This is an offsite activity.
Phase 2 - Onsite inspection of controls, practices, documents and records.
Customers can opt-out of the onsite inspection if they wish and only receive a document review report. Required for FSSC22000 and Foreign Supplier Verification Program.
